Please note that we do not issue day tickets for coarse fishing and do not allow any other method of fishing, other than fly fishing, on a day/evening ticket.
The fishing seasons are as follows: Brown trout 25th March to 30th September for members and 1st of April to 30th September for non members. Scalby Beck Angling Club was formed in 1890 and the now honourable committee hold ledgers from the start of the club.
Day and evening tickets are available and very reasonably priced.
Membership to Scalby Beck Angling Club is currently open.

This is a website to provide information about the great fly fishing available on Scalby Beck. The Beck is a well-known beauty spot in the heart of Scarborough and a favourite venue for visiting anglers. The Beck is stocked with brown trout, but there is a good amount of wild trout as well as some recently introduced grayling.
